About Us
Wentworth Consulting is Bonnie Wentworth, plus an affiliation of experienced, independent consultants. We have extensive management, education and consulting experience with Fortune 500, non-profit, small business and start-up organizations.
Since 1999, Wentworth Consulting has created custom solutions with clients to achieve greater effectiveness and lasting results. Drawing upon 20 years of managing people, processes and services, Bonnie offers vision skills and a framework for success. Integrated in her work are life experiences as a competitive athlete, leader, parent, volunteer, continuous learner and human being.
Bonnie works with organizations to build capacity through leadership development providing coaching, training and skill development to managers and leaders leading complex and ongoing change.
As a T Group Facilitator for Stanford’s Graduate School of Business’ highly acclaimed course, Interpersonal Dynamics, Bonnie develops emerging leaders’ influence and communication skills.
Some of her projects include:
- Design and facilitate year-long management development program for 300 IT managers.
- Facilitate inner-faith dialogue with religious leaders at the Parliament of World Religions in Barcelona.
- Coach executive leaders to increase personal effectiveness and business results.
- Facilitate annual strategic planning process with an executive leadership team.
- Design and facilitate a leadership summit for 400 IT leaders.
Bonnie’s past corporate experience includes managing a nation-wide organization as a Director for Charles Schwab.
With an undergraduate degree in classics and graduate work in organization psychology, Bonnie brings inquiry and rigor to her client relationships. Bonnie is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and is experienced with a variety of tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and 360 degree feedback instruments.
