Dave Blum is the founder and President of Dr. Clue Treasure Hunts, which immerse corporate teams in challenging, clue-solving adventures in the parks and on the streets of fantastic historical districts and neighborhoods around the world. Along the way, participants explore vital business issues like brainstorming, problem-solving, time management, team communication, style differences, cooperation (vs. competition), adaption to change and innovation.

Dave holds a B.A. in English from Pomona College in Claremont, California and is continuing boardmember of the North American Simulation & Gaming Association. After a three-year stint teaching English in Japan for the Mombusho English Fellows program, Dave worked in tourism and the non-profit sector before discovering his destiny as a treasure hunt master, team-building trainer, and entrepreneur.

Michael Cherry, Ed.D.Michael Cherry

Michael Cherry, Ed.D. is an executive coach with experience assisting organizations and individuals in achieving strategic, business objectives through leadership development and performance management. He is versed in team development, strategic planning, Not-for-Profit management, merger and acquisitions and job transition coaching. He has know-how in training design and delivery, human resources management, group and individual facilitation, program and instructional design/development and change management. He has coached both domestic and international clients.

In addition to his coaching work, Mike teaches for the College of Business at Lewis University and serves as Academic Coordinator of Adult Business Programs. He teaches Business Communication, Marketing, Management and Organizational Development to both undergraduate and graduate students. As Academic Coordinator he is responsible for the overall character, content and quality of the University’s Accelerated Business Programs.

Patti DiVella

For the past 16 years, Patti has partnered with organizational leaders to achieve powerful and sustainable results through their people. She found professional success offering services in change management, organizational design, team management and executive coaching to a wide range of industries in Fortune 500 companies, such as McKesson, Gap Inc., PG&E, Adidas, Genentech, and Charles Schwab.

Patti earned her MS in Organizational Development during the early ‘90’s just when corporations began looking in earnest for tools and methodologies for coping with the ever-present cycle of change. Collins DobbsCollins Dobbs

Collins is an experienced Leadership & Organization Development Coach with a 15 years proven track record of helping organizations achieve both their strategic and operational goals through the use of a wide range of services, including: leadership coaching and development programs, diversity/inclusion workshops, conflict resolution skills development, and team building for intact and cross functional teams. Tobey has worked with a wide range of clients over the last 15 years. He provides the tools & support to help you focus and align your organization, clarify and resolve roadblocks to success, engage and motivate your people, and build the skills they’ll need to succeed.

Tobey began Fitch Associates in 1995. From 1988 to 1995, he led Organizational and Management Development projects at Apple Computer, including the Power PC transition, the Apple/Motorola alliance, and large scale organizational change projects in the U.S, Europe and Japan. He also facilitated numerous teambuildings and executive staff retreats.

Prior to Apple he was with US Sprint, as an Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Director of U.S. Sales and Marketing Training. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded Progressive Securities in Portland, Oregon, Golden West Productions in Seattle, and has served on the boards of several organizations.

Ricki FrankelRicki Frankel

Ricki Frankel has specialized in helping people and organizations navigate through big transitions since the mid-1990’s. Her typical coaching clients are senior professionals and entrepreneurs who have achieved some success in the world and are now seeking “more”: more meaning and significance, more impact, more leadership, more business – even more fun. Her coaching style combines well-honed professional coaching skills with sharp insight, organizational experience, intuition, compassion and laughter. In her role as adjunct staff at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business (GSB), Ricki is involved with the
design and the delivery of several MBA courses, including “Leadership Coaching,” “Interpersonal
Dynamics,” and “Taking Stock and Moving Forward.” In this capacity, Ricki works with emerging leaders to develop coaching, leadership, influence and communication skills. In addition, she has just been asked to join the team for the new Beacon initiative – a life initiatives for alumni who have achieved their career goals and now are looking to design the next stage of their lives with meaning and engagement results.

Giovanna Gherardi

Giovanna Gherardi has worked as an organizational consultant for over 25 years with a variety of companies, government and non- profit organizations. She values the importance of building strong leaders and healthy organizations. Her work focuses on one on one coaching, team assessment and development, strategic planning, transition planning, conflict resolution and meeting facilitation. Giovanna brings a wide range of skills and knowledge to support the development of current and emerging leaders. Kristen JacobsenKristen Jacobsen

Kristen Jacobsen is an organization development consultant, facilitating change and learning since 1989. Eli Kass, Ph.D. is an award-winning professor and lecturer. He teaches, writes, and consults on negotiation and leadership issues. He is a speaker, presenter, and workshop leader at
national and international conferences in the areas of negotiation and change management. His consulting engagements range from personal coaching and designing and facilitating workshops to large scale organizational and team diagnosis and change.

Dr Kass has Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Tulane University and B.A. in
Psychology and Economics, cum laude, from Brandeis University. He has also taken advanced training at Harvard’s Program on Negotiation and Northwestern University’s Dispute Resolution Research Center.

Eli has taught Executives and MBAs at U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, The University of San Francisco, and NYU’s Stern School of Business and physicians at The University of Pennsylvania’s School of Medicine and Stanford Medical School.

Lanz LowenLanz Lowen

Lanz Rexford Lowen helps organizations find competitive advantage by enhancing their abilities to think strategically, creatively problem-solve and align cohesively toward a desired direction. Lanz works with leaders and teams to clarify purpose, define strategic priorities, resolve conflict, increase influence and effectively implement organizational change.

Lanz is an adjunct staff-member at Stanford University’s School of Business and at JFK University’s Coaching Certificate Program. Lanz has also been an adjunct staff-member of Catalyst Consulting Team for the last ten years.

Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Lanz was the Manager of Organization Development and Training in the corporate offices of Mervyn’s Department Stores. In this role, he helped senior managers strategize and communicate shifts in organization direction and culture, introduced quality and work improvement programs, and designed and implemented a corporate-wide survey feedback process to help managers modify leadership style.

Betsy MerckBetsy Merck

Betsy Merck is principal of her own consulting business focused on organizational effectiveness and executive coaching to leverage leadership for improved organizational performance. She works with small to large organizations where leaders are engaged in strategic change initiatives and are interested in improving their performance and/or that of their team and organization.

Betsy has over twenty years of experience in coaching, organizational and leadership development – from private and public sector organizations. She is a member of the Organization Development Network and the STS Roundtable, a professional organization focused on organizational effectiveness guided by principles of participatory democracy. Betsy Merck was a commissioner on the Santa Clara County, Ca. Commission on the Status of Women in the early 1980’s and is trained as a conflict mediator for the City of Oakland, Ca.

Barbara MillerBarbara Miller

Barbara Miller has thirty years of experience consulting to private, public and non-profit organizations. She has worked successfully in such varied cultures as The U.S. House of Representatives, financial institutions, health care systems, high-technology, rapidly growing entrepreneurial companies, public sector agencies, educational institutions and grassroots non-profit agencies. She has extensive experience working at all levels in an organization: CEO, mid-level manager and individual contributors. Her clients include: Stanford University, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Juniper Networks, HSBC, Accenture, Hewlett Packard, U.C. Ms. Miller specializes in leadership development, executive and managerial coaching and organization change strategies. Barbara’s consulting work has included helping organizations to plan strategically, manage change, build teamwork, re-organize workflow and reporting relationships to improve productivity, downsize and merge. Barbara has coached leaders at all levels in Fortune 500 companies.

Richard MirabileRichard Mirabile

Richard Mirabile is an organization consultant with more than 20 years of diverse, business, consulting and academic experience. In his current role, he specializes in leadership development, high performance teaming, organization and culture change, and executive coaching. Richard has consulted with many well-known, successful companies such as AT&T, Bank of America, McKesson, and Sun Microsystems.

Earlier in his career, Richard held the position of Assistant Professor at Purdue University, and was an adjunct faculty member at the California School of Professional Psychology and John F. Kennedy University. He has also been a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin and is a Nationally Certified Career Counselor with Southern Illinois University. Richard is a Guest Fellow in the Center for Leadership Development, Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, a Master of Science in psychology and business all from Southern Illinois University. He has completed all coursework for the Master of Science in Organizational Development from Bowling Green University, holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems from Purdue University, and has several national certifications in counseling and human resources.

David SalsDavid Sals

David Sals is passionate about increasing trust and communication across all levels of an organization. As an executive coach and consultant, David works with executives to help them navigate professional relationships and increase their reach, influence and perceived value within their organizations, and with new managers, supporting them to become powerful leaders who know how to maximize the potential of their teams. As a trainer and facilitator, he creates engaging, interactive workshops that teach teams to collaborate efficiently and effectively.

In 2010, David co-founded the SF Behavior Lab, an experimental playground for exploring new leadership and team development methodologies. Bev ScottBev Scott

Bev has used her consulting experience in the private, public and volunteer sectors for over 30 years offering a wide range of consulting services. She served fifteen years as the Director of Organization and Management Development for McKesson Corporation. Before joining McKesson, she worked as a both an internal and external consultant. She brings clarity, focus, integrity and a sense of purpose to her work.

Bev is author of the ASTD best seller, Consulting on the Inside: An Internal Consultant’s Guide to Living and Working Inside Organizations. She has authored several articles, and served as editor of Vision/Action, the professional journal for the Bay Area Organization Development Network for five years. She has been active in both the local and national OD Network, including serving as Chair of the National Board of Trustees.

She has presented her work a the professional conferences of the Organization Development Network, the American Society for Training and Development, Global Business and Technology Association, Institute of Management Consultants and the Association of Internal Management Consultants. Bev served as core faculty member for the Organizational Psychology Master’s program at John F. Kennedy University. She has Masters degrees in Sociology and in Human Resource Development and has completed doctoral course work at the University of Michigan.

Yifat Sharabi Levine

Yifat Sharabi Levine

Yifat Sharabi Levine, MA, is an Organizational Consultant and a founder of Catalyst Circles LLP. She specializes in designing experiential based programs to enhance personal and professional growth in the areas of interpersonal dynamics, team and leadership development. Currently Yifat is a Leadership Coach at the Center for Leadership Development at the Stanford MBA program. In this role, she coaches students and support faculty members in courses such as: Paths to Power, High Performance Leadership, Interpersonal Dynamics, and Coaching -Mentoring. Yifat is a lecturer of the Interpersonal Dynamics Course at Stanford Continuing Studies.

An NTL member, she facilitates NTL Authentic Influencing labs. She is a co- founder of various Women Circles in the bay area to support and empower women. Prior to that, Yifat worked in Human Resource Development in the High Tech industry and coached managers and executives on various subjects such as: team development, organizational restructuring, downsizing and more. Yifat has worked as an Organizational Consultant in the Israeli military and managed organizational effectiveness for a full time staff of 450 people and 900 trainees. Yifat holds a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology from Bar Ilan University, and a BA with honors in Behavioral Science from Ben Gurion University in Israel.

Sue Thompson is a management consultant and executive coach who helps leaders improve their individual and organization’s effectiveness. She is highly skilled in team building, organization survey processes and meeting facilitation.

Sue was with Levi Strauss & Company for 21 years serving as the Director, Human Resource Development. She helped LS&CO’s executive management team articulate the company’s values and integrate those values into all aspects of the company’s business operations. Sue started her management consulting practice in 1997. The focus of her work is coaching leaders to ensure the effective operation of their organizations.
