Leadership coaching has been available for decades. Yet organizations rarely used it, except as a crisis tool to help struggling leaders address specific issues.
So what has changed? Answer: everything. The world has changed.
It is more diverse, collaborative, globalized, pressured, dynamic, unstable, and competitive than ever before.
In the new environment, leaders need to learn to embrace change and lead themselves and their teams through challenging times. They need to be adaptive and open to new ideas. They need to have the difficult conversations and inspire others to follow them into the unknown.
All of these abilities can be learned with executive coaching.
Effective coaching engagements are a marathon, not a sprint. Each will last for at least six months or longer, combining evidence-based research with individual coaching to help leaders devise and breathe life into their unique development goals.
We share information and ask dynamic questions to create a foundation for learning and development. I’m not here to point the finger or pass judgment, so I’ll always be more interested in what you’ve learned than cataloging past mistakes.
We combine rigorous diagnostics with stakeholder interviews to uncover external perceptions, increase self-awareness, and identify strengths and development opportunities.
As we begin to examine the patterns of behavior that are holding you back, we identify 2-3 priority development goals with tangible actions and success metrics.
Up to four scheduled coaching sessions a month to maintain connection, addressing real-time leadership challenges and creating the alignment needed to make transformation happen and stick.
As we wave adieu or extend our engagement, we review and celebrate progress, insights and wins. Clients leave feeling energized and ready to continue on their own, with practical tools for sustainable development.
I bring about change for leaders experiencing a wide range of challenges. I tailor my approach according to who you are, where you are and where you want to go.
The experience is grounded in personal goals: some people work on their imposter syndrome; others focus on building a culture of engagement and creating strong, accountable teams.
Whatever it may be, I will provide you with the framework to explore and grow across multiple dimensions in a safe, positive environment.
It’s okay to be human and look for support to help you achieve better things in new ways.
